What we do
geoscore.com.au scores every address in Australia on the things that shape daily life — how close the shops, schools, parks, cafes and transport are, and how far you actually have to walk to reach them. A place has a score whether or not it is on the market.
We built it because the usual way to judge a location is a suburb's reputation, which is decades old and covers thousands of homes at once. It cannot tell you that one end of a street is four minutes from the station and the other is fourteen. So we score the address, not the suburb.

Address, not suburb
Two homes on the same street can be very different places to live. We score each address on its own surroundings rather than lumping a whole suburb together.

Real walking distances
We follow the footpaths people actually use, not a straight line drawn on a map. A park 400 metres away is only close if you can get to it.

Measured, then compared
Every score is ranked against every other address in the same city, so a number is never abstract — it tells you how a place stacks up where it is.
