FAQs

What is a geoscore?

A geoscore is a single number that measures how well a location is connected to key amenities and services compared to the rest of the city. For example, a higher Nature score indicates better access to parks, gardens, and green spaces than other areas. On the other hand, a lower Health score means the location has below-average access to health services, such as hospitals and doctors' clinics, compared to other parts of the city.

How is a geoscore calculated?

geoscore are generated using a proprietary algorithm that evaluates the distance to essential amenities and services for each area in the city. The scores are then ranked to provide a clear comparison between locations, highlighting areas in the city where there is a high access to amenities and services, as well as those that are under-served.

Why can't I find my address on the Property Search platform, and when will it be added?

Currently, our Property Search platform includes comprehensive data for Melbourne and Sydney. We are actively working on compiling data for other cities across Australia, and these will be available soon. If you would like to be notified when your address becomes accessible, please provide your email to receive an alert.

How does the geoscore handle my personal data?

We take the security and privacy of your personal data very seriously. Any information you provide is processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Your data is stored securely and used solely for purposes such as improving platform functionality, providing personalized services, or communicating updates, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
